Keep your existing number

It’s easy to move your current mobile number to ePhona Mobile from any of the UK’s major networks including: 02,T-Mobile, Orange, Vodafone, Three and Virgin Mobile.

To move your number when you switch to ePhona you will need to ask your existing mobile company for a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) before you cancel your service with them. This is the reference number you will need to give us so that we can transfer your number to ePhona.

Just follow these simple steps to keep your number:

It normally takes around two to three days to get your number from your old supplier and apply it to your ePhona Mobile SIM. Not to worry, during this time you can still use your ePhona SIM with the number it had when you first bought it.

As soon as the number you wish to keep is live on your new ePhona Mobile SIM card we will text you to let you know your number has been ported over. This number automatically replaces the previous number supplied by us. Its as simple as that.
